The Challenge

Channel marketing hadn't meaningfully evolved in over a decade. Large technology vendors were still relying on outdated tools to arm their channel partners with marketing content — slow, impersonal, and impossible to scale. Heather Margolis knew the problem intimately. As founder of Channel Maven, she'd lived it. Spark Your Channel was her answer: a platform that would finally bring modern demand generation to the enterprise channel.

What she needed was a technical partner who could keep up with her thinking, build with the future in mind, and treat her vision like their own.

The Solution

We partnered with Heather from early ideation through full product launch across iOS and Android. Rather than defaulting to a stripped-down MVP, we built to her industry expertise. She knew the market, which meant we could build with real market fit from day one.

The platform gave enterprise vendors a way to push customizable marketing content to channel partners, complete with personalized video intros, branded presentations, analytics, and modern prospecting tools. A patent-pending content customization feature let partners make vendor materials their own without breaking brand standards.
