Fidelity National Financial, the largest title insurance company in the US, partnered with InspiringApps to design, build, and launch inHere® — a secure, unified platform for every party in a real estate transaction. Within months of launch, it reduced fraud activity by over 80%.

The inHere app keeps every party in a transaction informed and connected — milestones, contacts, documents, and messages all in one place, outside of email. Over 135,000 agents and transaction coordinators now manage their deals this way.

The inHere project required a unique design approach, blending elements of the Fidelity National Financial family of brands with a distinct look for their innovative product. The InspiringApps design team created humanizing illustrations with friendly faces to visually show how different the homebuying process feels with this product.
