Inspiring Applications, Inc. was formed by two skilled software application developers, Joe Strout and Brad Weber. Although both took very different paths to the new venture, both share a passion for building high-quality applications for custom development clients as well as their own product line and bring a combined 30-year history of delighting customers.

Brad and Joe are now surrounded by a steadily growing team of talented developers and designers.

The business is located on the front range of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, although clients are served throughout the United States.

Joe Strout

Joe has been developing software professionally for nearly 20 years, including six years as the senior software engineer at REAL Software, Inc. He is also a frequent author and speaker on programming topics, including over 20 articles in REALbasic Developer, Dr. Dobb's Journal, and MacTech.

Brad Weber

Brad earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He started his career as an analyst and consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), specializing in telecommunications. Since then, he's founded four companies, including FlatTop Technology, MyRaceDay.com (now Fotojack.com), Canvastic, and Inspiring Applications.
