Starkey International had a commercial software application that was intended to support household managers in the field. But the application was dated, not as reliable as they'd hoped, and limited to Windows-only while customers were requesting a Macintosh version.What We Built
We built a cross-platform service management application, named HQ, that replaces the legacy application and is the digital manifestation of the Starkey method of service delivery. We added features, including calendaring, scheduling, planning, and reporting that all bring the application up-to-date.
